The platform assumes no responsibility or liability for the content, accuracy, originality, legality, feasibility, or claims made by applicants. The platform does not review, verify, validate, or endorse any submitted ideas.
All responsibility for submitted content and related claims rests entirely with the applicant.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between users regarding intellectual property rights or platform usage shall first be addressed through the platform’s internal mediation mechanism.
If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to international arbitration. The arbitration decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable in competent international courts.
6. Payments and Financial Responsibility
Users are responsible for providing accurate and valid wallet addresses for all payments. The platform bears no liability for losses resulting from incorrect wallet information provided by users.
